SGM specialises in the computerised machine cutting of films that we install and provide solutions for specific customers who want pre-cut film supply solutions. We specialise in high-volume repeated design windows for large infrastructure and transport fleets.

All our jobs are programmed using CAD and are designed to be within within 5mm from the edge of the window. This gap from the edge of the window is deliberate to maximise adhesion of the film to the glass to prevent edges lifting and being able to be lifted. The machine cut, tailored edges of our cut film gives the finish of being a factory fitment and reduces potential damage to rubbers and edges of glass where manual cutting can cause damage on installation. Unlike other pre-cut films, SGM's technology of high precision cutting doesn't damage the edge of the film when cut - it is designed to ensure that the installed film has a high level adhesion to the glass - all the way to the edge.

We have 3 separate machines that have been specifically built and modified to cut all different types of media and films. Our ranges of machines are capable of cutting all different film types, including:

• Thick high-impact Security films;
• Anti-Graffiti films;
• Frosting; and
• Window tint.
